They first met in Spanish class in 11th grade, but didn’t talk much then. In the middle of 11th grade, Carissa moved out to California. After a year and a half on the west coast, she came back to Atlanta to find Mason coaching her brother in his football SAQ. One day when she was picking up her brother, Mason noticed her and began asking Rocky for her number everyday until he finally decided to myspace her. Soon they began talking, and now 4 and a half years later he took her down to see Christmas lights in historic Lawrenceville where they got engaged.
