Japan {The Workshop}

Here is the first out of three on my Japan experience.  I was incredibly blessed to have gone on this workshop with Scott Robert and Matthew Jordan Smith.  Not only did I learn so much on how to capture beauty and create fine art photography, but I got to hang out with the coolest photographers on earth!  It was inspiring being around a group of photographers passionate about their work and being able to hear out and watch them accomplish their vision.  ”It’s the places you go, the people you meet, and the books you read that enhance your life.” – MJS  But the greatest of these for me is the people I get to meet that inspire me to live more and love more.  I left Japan cherishing a wonderful week of (mostly…) great memories filled with lots of laughter… and maybe some crying (will do some explaining later).  I was really sad when it came time to part ways.  Love you all and can’t wait till we meet again… maybe at the next one.  haha  Thank you for a wonderful workshop.

Thankfully we had weather resistant gear to create this amazing shot in the rain… inspired by none other than JD Cooper.

And here are two of my new photog friends that I managed to get in front of the camera.

The next posts will be on the beauty and the quirks of Japan.
