The bad thing about resolutions is that you make way too many of them come Jan 1st and you want to execute them all at once. And when you spread your focus out on too many things, you don’t end up getting any of them done. This year after reading the power of less, I decided to focus on one habit or goal a month, since a month is a good number of days to form a habit). The first month’s focus was exercise, so every morning I woke up and the first thing I did was exercise. Since Insanity was on my 30 before 30, I needed to get insane for two months.
Here’s my progress:

This was the fifth week, recovery week, which was a nice break for me, but I didn’t time it as well as I should. Next week we’re heading off to Vegas and it’s going back to an even more intense workout schedule. Last year, travel really killed my p90x routine, so I’m really crossing my fingers that this time around since it was my one and only goal for the month that I will be able to push through! How is everyone else doing on their goals?
