Tomorrow I’m heading out to SF, then Japan! I’ll be out of the office until April 5th, and Jacob will be back from Toronto on the 4th. If you need to reach us, you can by email until then. Otherwise, we’ll give you a call once we return.
I need to focus and go through my checklist. There is just too much that needs to be done before tomorrow, but all I can think about are cherry blossoms… and real japanese food!
I’ll be in Kyoto for the majority of the time for a workshop with Scott Robert Lim and Matthew Jordan Smith. They need no introduction in the photographer community, but for everyone else… Matthew Jordan Smith is a celebrity photographer and has photographed a lot of big-time celebrities like Oprah and Tyra Banks. Scott is an internationally award-winning photographer and educator. A few years ago, he graciously took me under his wing, and I can honestly say that if it weren’t for him pushing me, I probably wouldn’t be here doing wedding photography full time. I’m excited to learn from both of these amazing individuals. I know I always have more room to grow in ALL aspects of life.
