We had such a great time in Hawaii with Hayley and Ross. We first met them on our honeymoon in Fiji and ended up shooting a honeymoon session for them. We somehow knew we would become lifelong friends. Next, we were planning to head out to Big Island the following year to celebrate and shoot their one year anniversary around Mauna Kea Resort and other parts of Big Island.
We loved all the different landscapes that Big Island has to offer. The lush green jungles. The black sand beaches. The lava fields. They were all really incredible. It wasn’t easy walking through the lava fields in flip flops and lying on the beach when there are tons of creepy critters running around, but it was an adventure we’re glad to have shared with these two. And hopefully the photos made all of that worthwhile!
